This is an inclusive rate which includes all of our professional fees, transfer of the body from the place of death to our licensed facility, refrigeration, and the cremation process. The Cremains are returned to the family in an urn, or other container selected by the family.. Additional fees would be for "Cash Advanced" item such as Certified Copies of the Death Certificate, Medical Examiner fee, Urn transportation when required, newspaper notices, ect..
| Cremation with a "Final Goodbye".. for the immediate family in a cremation container prior to cremation in our private viewing area located at our Care Center. This is typically held for around five people and no more than 15 minutes. | $1295.00 |

This includes the use of our ceremonial casket and taking the body into any church for a ceremony. The ceremonial casket is closed and will not be opened at any time as the body will not be embalmed. After the Church Service, the casket is taken from the church and cremation takes place shortly thereafter based on cremation approvals.
(Note: Visitation or Gathering for Chapel or Church services the following day would be limited to two hours; Visitation or Gathering for Chapel or Church services the same day would be limited to one hour) Additional charges would apply for funeral merchandise (Casket, urn, urn vault, etc., and cash advanced items such as newspaper notices, certified copies of the death certificate, Medical Examiners Fee, etc.). All families will be given a copy of the itemized costs and fees at the arrangement conference. It is our policy that no family will ever be charged for items they do not want or do not need.
Cremation Funeral Service...
One Day Visitation/Gathering (if desired) followed by Chapel/Church Services with our Ceremonial Casket. The body would be embalmed to allow for an open casket visitation. Following the funeral service the ceremonial casket will be transported to our Care Center where the cremation will take place..............$4245.00
