Normand Louis Beaudet

Normand Louis Beaudet, 82, of Largo, FL, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2016 after many years of multiple health problems. A native of Manchester, New Hampshire he spent the last 21 years in Florida with his loving wife of 32 years and caregiver, Brenda. He is also survived by his three children, Michelle and Paul, both of Indiana and Ginette of New Hampshire. Three step-children, Timothy and Renee, both of New Hampshire, and Jill of Orlando, FL. Two sisters, Theresa (Bill) Moulton, Claire (Maurice) Paquin of New Hampshire. Many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Normand was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Jeanne Beaudet, and brother, Donald Beaudet. Normand was a veteran of the US Army and the National Guard. He lived a full life, a man who wore many hats from owning and operating a restaurant, as an embalmer for a funeral home, and building/remodeling homes. But the occupation he truly loved was as a member of the Union as an Iron Worker/Journeyman Finisher in New Hampshire and Boston, Massachusetts building such prestigious buildings as the John Hancock and the First National Bank and dozens more. Normand loved to cook and build things with his hands but was unable to do so the last several years due to illness. He loved football with his favorite team being the Patriots and Tom Brady. He was a very straight forward man and lived his life his way. He was a faithful Catholic. A Celebration of his life will be held in New Hampshire and interment at the New Hampshire State Veteran’s Cemetery.
