Kevin Eric Hary

September 22, 1962 - August 4, 2014

Kevin Eric Hary died on August 4th, 2014 at his home in Largo, Florida. His brother Michael "Woody" Hary and his girlfriend Sparkle Aikens were with him at the time of his death. Kevin was born on September 22nd, 1962, the second son of eight children. In 1979 he enlisted in the Navy and was honored to serve his country. Kevin worked most of his adult life in the printing business and was known for his competence on the printing floor. He enjoyed his job and the challenges he encountered there. A favorite memory would be the trip Kevin took with his family out west to Las Vegas and the Black Hills. He was asking for pictures of that trip during his last month. When Kevin became sick, he inspired everyone with his hope and "never give up" attitude. He outlived the date given to him by doctors by 2 1/2 years and made sure not to waste those years. He lived his life to the fullest until the very last moment. He is survived by his children, Ali and Sam Hary, his parents, Shirley and Carl, and his six brothers and their wives, Michael, Ed, Richard and Sharon, Chris and Sue, Tim and Teresa, and Mark and Candy. He was preceded in death by his sister Dawn Marie. A memorial service is being planned for next month.
