Joseph F. St. Germain of Seminole, Florida formally of Groveland, Massachusetts passed away on August 20, 2017 at the age of 91. He was born in Amesbury, Massachusetts on July 6, 1926. He leaves behind his loving wife Shirley of 60 years. He was preceded by his parents Hormidas and Eveline (Broulliard) St. Germain and his sister Doris Marsolais. Joseph was a proud WWII veteran. He served as a staff sergeant in the United States Army 2633rd Special Service Company stationed in Northern Italy. He retired from General Electric where he worked for over 30 years. Joseph was always quick to lend anyone helping hand. He loved spending time with his family and friends, golfing, traveling, dancing, a good joke, and his “vino”. He is survived by his daughters Elise (Tim) Gremaux, Patricia Vallis and Susan (David) Greenleaf Lynd, His brother Roger St. Germain, Maurice (Terry) St. Germain and his sister Pauline Macey, 6 grandchildren and 1 Great Grandson and many nieces and nephews. His Memorial Service will be held at St. Jerome’s Catholic Church, Largo Fl. on September 15th at 11:00 AM followed by a full military service at Bay Pines National Cemetery at 1:30 PM in St. Petersburg, Florida.
